A perfect example of an interior building design that made what would have been a very basic glass fabrication and installation much more complex. Designed by Oppenheim Architecture, and overlooking the Miami River,  the project consisted of numerous floor-to-ceiling glass panels—12 mm clear tempered glass with flat polished edges for butt-glazing—yet the building interior had exposed HVAC air ducts and sprinkler pipes running throughout the ceiling. This required each applicable glass panel had to be fabricated with openings to accommodate the precise size, shape and location of these building materials.
