Founded in 1900 by Max Balik, an immigrant from Austria, who had grown up in the glass business, GGI has become a leading global importer, national distributor and custom fabricator of specialty glass solutions. The company has been family owned and operated for five generations.

The company has launched a commemorative logo and social media hashtag #GGI120 that will be displayed throughout the year in celebration of the 120th anniversary, and to serve as a reminder of how important it is that GGI continue to innovate and adapt to meet the changing needs of our industry, as well as the needs of the architectural and design community.
