Standard clear float glass is a highly transparent substrate and based on the float manufacturer has a subtle green hue looking through the glass and more so on the edges.
Ultra-clear, low-iron float glass provides the highest visible light transmission (VLT) and the most accurate color rendering when viewing objects through it.
Tinted float glass is available in bronze, green, grey, and blue. It is primarily designed to mitigate solar heat gain, UV radiation, and glare within a building. It is also ideal for decorative design applications.
