2901 Worldgate Metro Plaza I, is one of four Class A office buildings located within the Worldgate Metro Plaza development built in 2000. The design goal was to revitalize this almost 20-year-old property, giving it a fresh new look that will attract new tenants. The recently renovated lobby of Building I is being promoted as a “Best in Class Renovation” and it is on target to achieve a successful outcome as measured by the new leasing activity generated. The high-tech tenants leasing office space are clearly attracted to the greater amenities now offered and the sleek modern interior design. The architect specified a custom bright white back-paint on GGI’s Crystal Light satin etched low-iron glass substrate to create a soft, glare-free finish to use in combination with the light fixtures intermixed in the wall-cladding design.
